We all want to recall happy memories from our past. And keep thinking about good times. For instance, travel memories with our families. Also, get together with our close friends. Moreover, you should stay active. When you are tormented by embarrassing memories. Then you can go for a long walk, or even run. Ir will help you to drain out the energy from your body.
