When you try to ditch your plan then your blood pressure will rise again. To avoid such a situation, you can stick to your plan. After working on it for so long you cannot drop it. Another reason could be weight loss. You want to lose weight so badly. That you put so much time and effort into creating a plan. And you spend money on the nutritionist to make a plan for you. Therefore when you cheat you are wasting your efforts.

And importantly, you need to value yourself. If you are not going to follow the diet then you will stop believing in yourself. And it could create a long-term cycle of negative beliefs. Therefore it will become hard for you to start a plan because you have no faith in yourself.

Third of all, you should eat foods which are available to you. And not go after exotic items. As they would be expensive and seasonal. This will harm your efforts to follow the plan badly. Moreover, you can try nutritious items and you love them. But do not force yourself into something which you will not be able to follow.
