Everyone feels lonely from time to time. But for many, loneliness comes far too often. Feeling lonely can also be because of as having depression. You also think “I’m so tired of being alone.” Loneliness also refers to being alone. Also, even if you are with people you might feel lonely. Although depression doesn’t always lead to loneliness. But you can feel tired of being alone and depressed.

While loneliness is a state of solitude or being alone, loneliness is a state of mind. Loneliness causes people to feel empty and also tired. Lonely people often want human contact, but it is hard to form connections with other people.

Loneliness is not only about being alone. Instead, loneliness plays into your state of mind. For example, a college student might feel lonely even if they have many friends and good social life.

Talking to someone in your life to talk about what you are feeling is needed. It can be your family member but you might also consider talking to your doctor or a therapist.
9. Be Compassionate and Kind to Yourself
Not everyone is perfect. You will also have flaws. Always treat yourself with kindness instead of disgust. Use positive self-talk to help you deal with when feeling tired of being alone.
