Would you call yourself an angry person? Maybe not all the time. But, all of us get angry now and then. It is a very normal human emotion. It is completely okay to feel angry. You are a human. You are not a machine. I can assure you one thing, feeling angry is normal for any human being. Where ever that you look you probably see quotes of anger such as ” Anger is bad for you”. Moreover, it tells you that being angry is a negative emotion. This is completely untrue. Also, this instils feelings of guilt, embarrassment and shame. You should not deny your feelings or suppress them because you think it is a negative emotion.
