So, you can see the positive side and not the negative side. And, students worry about the future. Furthermore, you all worry about your future and career. But, worry will not resolve your issues. You need to stay optimistic and patient for good results. This is the foremost thing you should keep trying in life for getting anything in return.

You will find students worry about the future. Also, they worry about their future career before they start to earn anything. This should change as students need to focus on their studies and skills.
When students get into college or university they are more concerned about their future money and career than about the present. Moreover, they get pessimistic after reading negative things in the newspaper. Also, you know students try to future-proof themselves. Because they have seen their parents and elders struggling and they want to protect themselves against any uncertainty.
But, no matter how much you try to save yourself from misfortunes some things are out of your control and you should try not to force yourself to take such subjects which you do not like because you lack faith in your dreams. For instance, you want to be a writer and are good at writing but you are scared about the future of writers. So, you choose economics which you don’t even like. Therefore, you will end up in a job that does not make you happy.
Similarly , you can plan your future but don’t become a control freak. You need to keep the window open for new things in life. For instance, you got an opportunity to work outside your city.

Ways to Deal With Stress
One reason for stress for students is that they worry about the future. And also their future career. But you will be stressed if you worry too much.
First of all, you can change your lifestyle and get fit. If you are healthy then you can think clearly without getting tensed or stressed. Therefore, you should eat healthy to prevent diabetes, high blood pressure, and other ailments. Moreover, with exercise, you can reduce the level of stress you have yourself.
Secondly, you can relax your strained muscles. So, you can feel relaxed and calm. Moreover, you become happy and less anxious. Therefore, you need to learn about relaxing your nerves when in tension. But never overthink what could make you nervous and depressed. Moreover, you can try natural ways to deal with stress.
Thirdly, you should exercise regularly. You will see the difference in a few weeks after physical exercise. Also, you will feel less tired and more active than before. Therefore, go for a walk or jog when you get time.
Next of all, deep breathe when you feel suffocated with tension. You will be relieved of your symptoms quickly. Furthermore, you can learn medication methods that could help you to focus. And, take breaks in between your work. Do not continuously work for 8-9 hours. It can tire you and the next day you will have no energy to work.
Finally, you should be careful about what you consume. You should not take too much alcohol or sugary drinks. Also, avoid smoking as it can cause many diseases . Furthermore, eat a lot of healthy vegetables and fruits which will give you nutrients. And the healthy meal will balance your system and reduce fatigue.

Why Job or School Could Be Stressful?
Are you a job seeker or a student the source of your worry is your future. Also, students worry about their future and career.
Firstly you could not find work near your house and you need to travel far from home. For instance, you are daily commuting for four hours up and down from and to your work. Therefore, you hardly get time to take care of yourself and your health. And, you could not sleep properly which could lead to stress. Secondly, your work or study deadlines could give you headaches. You are unable to finish your assignments on time and you dread the deadlines. Therefore, you stay under stress. Next of all, if you have growth potential at work or not can determine your satisfaction. Suppose you believe that you will not get a raise after hard work then you stop working diligently leading to mistakes that could raise issues against you causing stress at work. Another reason for worry is your health. If you are working in an unhealthy environment then you will stay unhappy and dissatisfied.Chapter 4:
Other Causes of Stress
You know the basic cause of stress for students is worry about a future career.
One of the foremost reasons for your stress at school or work is you cannot express yourself properly. YOu cannot say no to people when you are busy and this causes you to lose your precious time and effort.
Low salaries are another reason why students and job workers are showing a pessimistic attitude towards work. People are underpaid at their jobs and they are not able to meet their basic needs.
Policies of the higher management can affect you if they are against your welfare. For instance, there is no vacation for you and no payment for overtime. Therefore, you get stressed about it all the time. Because you cannot change the decision made by top authorities. Hence you will become stressed and depressed

Managing Stress
You should know that students worry about their future and career all the time. And they need to relax and not think about jobs while studying.
First of all, you need to find the cause of your stress. You need to devote time to yourself. And find the reason which makes you worry daily. Next look for a solution to your problem. But do not overthink. You can talk to people who are in a similar situation as you are and ask for their opinion all the time. Learn how others are coping. Moreover, take a break from your hectic life if you can afford it. And spend time alone or with your family.
