Moreover, you should take extra hygienic measures to deal with your issue.
Additionally, your groin area has glands, such as apocrine glands which secrete sweat in your body. If your sweating is not due to exercise or summer weather then another disease called hyperhidrosis causes it. Moreover, excessive sweating will cause irritation, rashes, pain, and other problems. You need to take bath twice or thrice for it. And prevent any infection by taking useful measures.

Another reason for the change in hormones in your body is too much stress. You need to understand that any kind of worry or stress when happens in excess could be harmful to our bodies. So, you need to relax and calm down. Moreover, please seek help for your issue. Your stress can affect you physically and bring changes in your hormones. You need to avoid that and take care of your health.
The third reason for the hormonal change is obesity. You need to know that many females who are obese may have several hormonal issues. You need to get physical checks to find which hormones in your body are not working properly. Also, you need to eat properly and avoid greasy and fried food. Also, diabetes can cause excessive sweating in females.

Dealing With Sweating in Groin Area
First of all, if you have an excessive sweating problem then avoid wearing tight clothes. Your choice of clothes can make your problem worsen. You know tight jeans or shots can increase the temperature in the groin area and make you sweat. So, be careful what you wear.
Additionally, try to avoid synthetic fabrics such as polyester. You should always wear cotton. Cotton will soak the extra sweat in your groin area and not irritate. And it will help your skin to breathe properly and not stiffen.
The next thing you can do is to take baths regularly. You can take bath more than once a day. And prevent any bad odor and infection. Moreover, you should take serious steps towards hygiene. Another thing that you can do is trim your hair in the pubic area. It will help prevent moisture and bacteria growth. And you can use powders that can prevent sweat for a certain period.
Fifthly, you can avoid spicy and fried food. Because extra spices can make you sweat and your condition will go worse from bad.
