Second of all, cognitive-behavioral therapy can be helpful. It can help you become self-aware of the situation. And you can reason with yourself. Moreover, solve your problem.

Next of all, you should be thoroughly prepared. And practice hard. You should revise. And practice and be prepared. So that if you get nervous then your practice will come in handy. But if you are not prepared then you will forget and harm your prospects.

Furthermore, avoid caffeinated drinks. As they can increase your anxiety. You need to be highly positive. And be patient and optimistic. Moreover, negative thinking will make you more nervous. And learn how to overcome performance anxiety at work.

Second of all, do not pressurize yourself too much. And learn to go easy on yourself. It will take off so much pressure from your shoulders. You need to have realistic expectations of yourself. And never compare yourself to others. Every one of us is different and unique. Learn to respect your qualities.

next of all, you need to know that we all get nervous at work. And it can be pretty normal. Moreover, you can improve yourself if you want. But do feel unhappy and ashamed of your performance. You can always do better next time.
