Anxiety is constant worry about something. We all worry about different things in our lives. But when you cannot work or live properly due to your worry then you need help. Moreover, you will become dependent upon others for your needs. Normally, you may feel anxious about getting late, traffic, accident, disease and so on. We are all same in this respect. But anxiety disorder is extreme. And you need to meet a certain criteria to be called as anxious. Moreover, your anxiety could be in form of panic, general fear, obsessive thoughts, phobias and so on. And, all require different kind of treatment. You may ask when to see doctor for anxiety. When you experience certain anxiety symptoms which makes it difficult for you to carry out simple things then you could need help. Your worry could be caused by your genes. For instance you have family history of anxiety disorder. Then you have higher chance of getting the illness. Secondly, stress in your life can also cause anxiety. When you have extreme worries. Third of all, having low self-esteem can cause anxiety. You should develop confidence and courage to overcome anxiety.

Second of all, therapy is beneficial for you. You can take cognitive-behavioral therapy. As it will help you become self-aware. And you can change your negative thoughts. Moreover, it will help you in various ways to think from your current pattern. You can keep a journal and write your thoughts on it.

Third of all, you should change your eating and sleep habits. You should stop using alcohol. And not smoke. Moreover, control your intake of caffeinated drinks.

And you should stick to your treatment. Moreover, you should be patient. And not stop your treatment in between. As it will take time to show results.
