We all want to be liked by our friends and family. And if even one person does not seem to like you, then it will create an uneasy feeling. And you will try to find the reason for such behavior. But sometimes people have their reasons. And they might have been busy with their work to talk to you. But you need to change your personality if you want everyone to like you. You may have some self-esteem issues when you think others do not like you. See, everyone is busy in their lives. And they simply do not have time for others. If you face such a thing at your office then you may be mistaken. Because people usually are involved in their work. And hardly get to look for you. But, think if you tried talking to them at all. Furthermore, when you are working then everyone around has something to do. Moreover, there is competition at work. And they may not consider their mates to be friends. so, do not be mistaken that you have friends. Why should you? You need to grow and advance. And others are your competitors. And so, you need to be realistic. If on a busy day, someone did not notice you then it does not mean that they hate you. You are an adult and so you need to behave like one. Sometimes, you do not feel good about yourself. And you become sensitive to the actions of other people. Even a little ignored by your team can make you anxious and scared. And your mind will be playing with unwanted thoughts. And try to get rid of thoughts like why does everyone hate me? Or why do people hate me? You cannot have the right or control over the minds of other people. You just have control over yourself. So, focus on that.

You are good at so many things. And try to keep your mind on them. You have the strength and believe in that. Moreover, stay mindful. Learn from your past and experiences. And you will mentally grow. And forget about the bad memories. Moreover, you can forgive and forget people.

Next of all, build positive relationships. You can always find like-minded people. Who is like you or who admires your talent? And you should be aware of your thoughts. And challenge your beliefs that are making you miserable. You can always change them. You have everything that needs to succeed in life. And focus on such thoughts. And leave no room for pessimism. First of all, you can let it go. Do not stress or worry about other people. If someone tried to hurt you then ignore them. Because if you are not affected by it then their actions become useless. You need to have a strong mindset. And it will help you cope with emotional struggles. People around us are complicated. And we cannot expect them to be kind to us. You can only have control over yourself. And not over what others do. Moreover, you should not even try about it. As it will be a waste of your time. You need to focus on yourself. And not mind others. And stop worrying about why everyone hates me. Or why do people hate me?

Likewise, you cannot read the minds of other people. And cannot decide whether they hate you or not. They can be upset over something. And they could not meet or greet you. So, you should not bother about them. You can learn to ignore negativity. And focus on positive things around you. Furthermore, you can enhance your communication skills. You can express yourself properly. Hence you left no room for self-doubt. Rest is upon others to decide.

Next of all, you can sidestep. When you see anger or hostility in others. No need to face such kinds of people. You can talk to people whom you find nice. If you try to confront an angry person then the situation can get worse. And you will not be happy about it later. So, focus on nice and positive things. Also, you can distract your mind for a while. And it will be of huge help.
